Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes! For 2026 our minimum spend starts at £3500, including VAT. We do also offer micro collection packages which start at £1000 including VAT. This is a collection only service from either Hitchin or Leighton Buzzard. Get in touch, or see more info below to find out more about our micro wedding offer.

What is your booking process?

🌸 First complete the booking form, found on our website. 

🌸 If we are available, we will then get in touch to schedule an initial consultation to discuss your vision, themes, ideas and requirements.

🌸 Following this we will curate a bespoke moodboard and initial quote based on what we discussed together. Our quotes are valid for 14 days - this is your chance to take a look through our pack and send back any questions you have.

🌸 When you are ready to confirm, we will send an invoice for a 25% deposit and contract to secure your date. 

🌸 You’re now booked in! We are available for all questions and advice between now and your wedding date.

🌸 6 weeks prior to the wedding we have a final consultation where we can make any changes or additions to your quote and send over your final invoice. 

🌸 We’re ready to go, and we’ll see you on your wedding day!


How much do wedding flowers cost?

There is no one size fits all. This is our most commonly asked question but is impossible to answer! All our wedding prices are bespoke to the couples choices, requirements, seasonality and vibe. So many things can affect the cost of your flowers but the biggest cost drivers of your wedding usually come from large installations and table florals. Don’t underestimate the power of amazing flowers, they can completely change the energy and vibe of your wedding day and we are here to help make that happen! For a mid impact amount of flowers, we would suggest spending 10-15% of your overall budget on floral, however for those real wow moments, we would suggest spending 20-25% of your overall budget.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All our prices will be inclusive of VAT.

How far in advance should I contact you for our wedding flowers?

As soon as possible, our dates are fill up fast! Our diaries are always open for the current and following year, so we are able to take enquiries months in advance as well as last minute bookings. Please get in touch via our form to see if we are available on your date. Our collection/micro service can only be booked 6 months prior to the wedding.

How does the micro/collection service work?

This is a great option for those with smaller budgets, who still want a HB wedding! The minimum spend of £1000 including VAT, and this can include bouquets, button holes, additional personals and bud vases. We will have a 20 minute consultation together to understand your preferences, and will send you over a time to collect the florals the day before your wedding. The collection with either be in Hitchin, Hertz, or Leighton Buzzard, Beds. Whilst we also take your colour preferences into account, the final choices and colours will be florists choice. Once you get in touch and we are available, we will be able to send you a more in depth document which explains everything in further detail.

Once I have secured you for my wedding date, can I add or change my vision? 

Yes, whilst we like to be organised we understand that things change and visions develop, so we aim to remain as flexible as possible. All details must be finalised by our final consultation 6 weeks before the wedding date.

Where are you located and how far do you travel for weddings?

We are based in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and commonly do weddings across both of these counties, as well as Surrey, Essex, Gloucestershire and London. However, we love to travel for amazing weddings so if your venue is further afield, let us know and we will do our best to make it work (we have done weddings previously in Brighton, Wales, the Midlands and even Scotland!)

Are there any hidden fees I should expect?

No - all fees will be outlined in your initial quote, unless changes are made. Along with your floral costs, there will be set up and take down fees, which will depend on a multitude of factors, which we go through in your consultation. Weddings over 5k are subject to a 20% floristry charge, and weddings over 10k are subject to a 25% floristry charge which replaces and set up/transport fees. This is due to the additional need for freelancers, vehicle hire and additional site visits, planning and logistics.
